For a long time I defined myself as a survivor, by what I did and what I had accomplished.
For the first thirty years, I kept striving to prove myself worthy, but always felt that it was not quite enough. I lived a standard high-achiever life: striving to prove I was okay after my father’s death at age 7, graduating with honors from college, and then landing in corporate restructuring consulting just as Enron collapsed in 2001. I was earning more than my peers at age 28, but everything I had was built around what I did ~ including who I was.
On my thirtieth birthday, I received the spiritual equivalent of a 2’x4’ wake-up call where I left the high stress job and began exploring how I could put myself together and help people. There were times when I wasn’t sure how everything would work, and I continued in the path of not quite enough.
My circumstances had changed, but my beliefs were still the same… the same feeling, different scenery effect. Actually, my life felt a lot like the Bill Murray movie, “Groundhog Day.”
Enter Belief Re-patterning in late 2012 – my first experience was listening to Suze Casey on “Flip Your Switch” and having a session in 2013. The first session I was skeptical that something so easy could work, but I figured it couldn’t hurt.
Do you find yourself wondering if it has to be this hard? Do you wonder why when you try to change, things still feel the same?
Then I did something amazing – I signed up for a seminar, read the book, and lots of things started to change. Actually they got way easier… and as they say, the rest is history.
I would love to help you create your own story of transformational success, and look forward to connecting you to where you want to be with Belief Re-patterning.
Together let’s flip the script and change your story.
