How long is a typical session with a Practitioner?
Sessions are generally 50-60 minutes – any longer and your mind goes on overload!
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on you – your willingness and desire for change, your “OWN” work following your sessions and the significance or depth of the challenge you are experiencing.
How often should I re-pattern?
We suggest daily personal practice combined with regular sessions. Everyone is unique and your Practitioner will work with you to determine your pace. Generally, sessions are 1 – 4 weeks apart and we recommend quarterly tune-ups to support on-going personal growth.
