2026 opens with an invitation for something different. The pace of life isn’t slowing, and neither are the expectations. What’s shifting is our willingness to keep driving ourselves with systems that don’t actually work.
Traditional Goal Setting and New Year’s resolutions promise positive change, but often deliver guilt, shame, and self-criticism. When we don’t follow through, we assume we are broken—when in truth, the method is. Forcing ourselves forward through pressure disconnects us from what we most need: clarity, alignment, and self-trust.
Intentional Being offers another way.
I acknowledge I want to grow this year.
I give myself permission to set a clear intention, based on my strengths.
I can focus on fixing something wrong, or I can intentionally build on my strengths – it is my choice.
I am free to practice turning my focus to creating intentionally until it becomes my habit.
I know that clear intention from a supportive perspective works, and I am curious about growing my ability to expand this skill in 2026!
I have evidence that I AM growing in my ability to Create Intentionally – I’m reading this!
I am grateful to myself for being more mindful of who I really am and intentionally creating who I am BEcoming.
Clear intention setting is not about striving or fixing yourself. It’s about choosing how you want to show up, and learning practical, doable ways to maintain that choice over time. With clear intention your actions become simpler. Decisions feel lighter. Confidence grows naturally, not because you’re pushing harder, but because you’re moving authentically in the direction of your dreams and desires. You are growing.
If you’re ready to begin 2026 grounded, focused, and resourced—without self-judgment or burnout—I invite you to join Setting Clear Intention on January 13 at 5pm MT. In just 75 minutes, you’ll receive real, effective, and sustainable tools to set and maintain intention in a way that supports your wellbeing rather than drains it. And yes, we’ll send you the recording providing you with a handy reference.
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about intentionally being who you really are, and expanding your positive potential with purpose.
Namaste,
Suze
